Guarantee - we do not guarantee any parts unless fitted by a recognised engineer. Consumable & electronic parts are not guaranteed at all, examples of these are; belts, electronic boards, motors, pumps, filters, bags, cables, drum paddles, switches, hoses, vacuum cleaner tools, bearings, carbon brushes, door handles, catches, knobs, seals & elements. Other parts returned for consideration under warranty may be replaced, refunded or exchanged with an alternative item only at our discretion. Domestic appliances are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
